UPDATE SUMMARY: The following are an estimate of the changes for this release:
- DISCONTINUED ZIPS: 40
- NEW ZIPS: 20
- ZIP CHANGES: 40
NOTE: This release also contains changes to area codes,
- TX(Houston) from 713 to 281 effective 11/02/96 (overlay)**
- CA from 310 to 562 effective 01/25/97
- ** overlay means the city now has more than one area code.
Two new MSA codes have been added:
3700 - Jonesboro, AR - County Graighead County, AR
6340 - Pocatello, ID - County - Bannock County, ID
An MSA change, MSA 3580 - Chester County, TN has been assed to it.
