COMMENTS: ZIP SOURCE is provided as a fixed block
sequential file in ASCII or EBCIDIC format. The external tape label will
provide specific DCB information. Please utilize in-house utilities for
installation. Or, the
product is supplied as an ASCII file on a CD.

Area Code Changes – No Area Code Changes for March, 2008. In
September, 2007 we changed Area Code 630 which has been overlaid with a new
area code 331. All records with a 630 area code have been updated to reflect a
second area code of 331.
