COMMENTS: ZIP SOURCE is provided as a fixed block sequential file. The external tape label will provide specific DCB information. Please utilize

in-house utilities for installation.

UPDATE SUMMARY: The following are estimates of the changes that occurred for this release.

DISCONTINUED ZIPS: 17

NEW ZIPS: 50

ZIP CHANGES: 10

Area Code Changes – Next known anticipated changes are for New Mexico 505 - 575 split effective October, 2007 and expansion of the concentrated NPA 971 overlay with NPA 503 in Oregon. This also is not effective until October, 2007. Both will be added to the September 2007, releaseof ZIPSOURCE.

MSA Changes from OMB Bulletin – None this quarter
